Chris Legaspi is the founder and creator of Freshdesigner. Chris is a life-long artist, with over 10 years of drawing experience as both a student and a professional. He has worked as a professional Concept Artist in the videogame industry for several years. His concept art and illustration work has been seen in hit video games and magazines.

Along with this professional experience, Chris has spent over a decade and thousands of hours in constant study and practice. He is currently studying full time at the fine art ateliers in Los Angeles. His Mentors in art have included several world class instructors such as: Steve Huston, Kevin Chen, Nathan Fowkes and Zhaoming Wu.

Feeling blessed to be surrounded by world class artists and teachers, and being inspired by all the great mentors and teachers in his life, Chris wants to share his knowledge with others. This desire to share, teach and mentor is why this site was created. Chris believes that excellence in art begins with a foundation of excellent drawing. Now, with this site, Chris can realize his vision of helping others become the best draftsman and artists they can be.
