For when I close my eyes to sleep
That is when our lips will meet

It is your hand that mine does clasp

Deep into your eyes I do stare
You run your fingers through my hair
I whisper that I love you so
And wish I didn’t have to go

Up I get to walk away
Beginning of a brand new day
A parting kiss to end the night

Is nice, I'll give you that. cute, and sweet enough to send a diabetic into the emergency room.

I will never understand your fascination for final lines that get long and terminate the flow like a bullet to the head.

I dunno Andre, it's like my fascination with comas, I don't think I've ever formed a sentence without them... Even when I could easily exchange them for something else like ; or . or : or what ever, I just don't :S.

Would it work better if "as" was removed? I really don't get why I put such long lines at the end either...Maybe it's a final attempt to take someone's breath away !LMAO! :P.
